The intent of this report is to better enable London’s community energy sector to engage
with their local councils by highlighting where the opportunities for mutual benefit are and
some routes for possible engagement. The ultimate aim of this report is to create a viable
space for community-led energy projects in London that exist for the benefit of the communities in which they operate, and to support London and the wider UK in reaching its Net Zero aims.
