Measuring the impact of a project is an integral part of obtaining support from new partners, funders, local authorities and policy makers. The impact of community energy projects is not just about saving carbon directly, but there are numerous social impacts, which can be harder to measure – such as education, engagement, local resilience and behaviour change.
