Community Energy London Ltd (CEL) is a Community Benefit Society, established in 2017, to support new and existing London community energy groups through hosting regular events, sharing best practice and capacity raising, securing resources and raising the profile of the sector. Our belief is that community energy groups are stronger when working together. We have been holding monthly meetings since 2017.

If you are the lead representative of a CEL member you will be able to vote during the meeting.

If you are a lead member but cannot attend the meeting you may assign a Proxy Vote – please let Katherine know as soon as possible.

  • Resolution 4: Do you agree to the Disapplication according to Section 83 of the Cooperative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014? 
  • Resolution 5: Adoption of Membership Subscription proposal
