A study investigating the evidence base for a community-led approach to retrofit commissioned, by London Councils and delivered by Home Energy Action Lab (HEAL) and Dark Matter Labs (DML).
In association with the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Community Energy, CEL hosted an event on Thursday 16 March 2023 in Parliament to launch their vision for the sector by 2030 with the aim of establishing 1000 community energy projects across the city by the end of this decade. Alongside the report our Community Energy Potential Map for London was also released.

RIIO-ED2 is the next price control that covers April 2023 – March 2028. This report explores what community energy as a sector needs from Ofgem and this next round.
